She is a licensed CPA in the State of Georgia and also a member of the GA State Board of Accountancy and AICPA.She comes with an Accounting and Auditing background. She has a Masters Degree in Accounting and Certificate of Chartered Accountant, from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. She has vast experience with incorporation, book keeping, multi-state sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, financial statements and individual and business tax returns.​​
